Among the American companies that produce electric motorcycle is Gurnee, Illinois-based 2011 Roehr eSuperSport Motorcycles. Roehr started making waves in 2000 when they produced a two-stroke motorcycle in an existing model Yamaha. Then, in 2002, the company began working on the Superbike, with brand new Harley-Davidson V-Rod to a power source.
